Just like physical housing, a domain name is the “street” address attached to a digital construct, or more commonly recognized as a website production, so-to-speak.
We are currently in discussions with another entity to aid us in our desires and efforts to assist others with a reasonable re-calibration of what we commonly refer to as the “housing marketplace.”
In the meantime, our objective remains the same. We wish to encourage and support Lease Renters with background checks on every property they consider renting and the Lease Landlord.
This wish is fundamentally no more or less the same process many sectors of the housing marketplace not only encourage, but additional mini-marketplaces are created from the efforts, let alone existing mega marketplaces, such as the act of performing a “background check” on a Lease Renter.
The only difference between a Lease Renter performing this act of due diligence when looking to contract with a Landlord and a Deed Renter performing this type of due diligence is perception. A Deed Renter pays money to its landlord, the Government. A Lease Renter pays money to its landlord, the person holding the Deed Lease with the Government and is held to entirely different standards applied to the leasing process, let alone societal and political applications of the notion only a “property owner” should be respected, because they are the only ones who understand what it takes to care for the land…let alone govern.
If you are a Lease Renter, don’t be afraid to ask the same types of questions Deed Renters ask whenever they buy and sell their leases with the Government.
And if you are a Deed Renter acting as a Lease Landlord, embrace such acts by your potential renters as they are on your front lines in preventing illegal renting of your property. If you are fearless of such a background check, you are less likely to become a victim to any number of legitimate risk-related issues Lease Landlords face as a business owner who claims they are in the business of leasing property to another for mutually beneficial reasons and results.
So while we develop a few ideas using analogy means and methods, the Internet is overflowing with processes and procedures a Lease Renter can take to research their next home.
